About Henry
Henry Boyle is the owner & director of Carolina Tennis & Pickleball. 29 years old from London, England. Henry played high level tennis as a nationally ranked junior and came to the USA on a tennis scholarship to play college tennis. Playing at Concord University & nationally ranked top 50 Chestnut Hill College in NCAA Division 2.
During college, Henry Boyle worked as an Associate Executive Director for Twin City Tennis Camps in the summer months. Twin City Tennis Camps in Minneapolis, MN leased over 50 tennis courts in Minneapolis & St. Paul to offer summer camps; adult & junior to the neighboring communities.
Henry graduated from Chestnut Hill College & became a graduate assistant tennis coach at Averett University in Danville, Virginia where he studied his MBA as well as gaining experience in college coaching.
After graduating from Averett with an MBA, Henry was announced as Head Coach of Grove City College in Pennsylvania becoming one of the youngest NCAA Head Coaches at the age of 23. During his three year tenure, Henry achieved PAC Conference Champions twice & Coach of the Year twice, resulting in a NCAA appearance.
Moving to Ogden (Wilmington, NC) in 2021, Henry has been coaching locally & promoting Carolina Tennis & Pickleball in the Carolina & Kure Beach community with group clinics, tournaments & lessons. Henry has recently been pursuing professional pickleball. Henry got his first singles & doubles professional wins at the PPA Charlotte in May 2023.
