HOP POLICIES (2025)
Refund Policy: You will receive a full refund if you cancel 24-hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for your reservation, no matter the excuse.
Waitlist Policy: All of our events have a waitlist. If the event is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. When an opening becomes available, CourtReserve will automatically add the first person on the waitlist to the event and then the next, etc. When a member is registered into an event from the waitlist, they will receive a registration confirmation notification by email.
CourtReserve will not register anyone automatically within 4 hours of the start time. It does not automatically pay for the event unless you have a balance in your account.
Please only sign-up on the waitlist if you accept the fact that you may be registered and charged for the event automatically. Being on the waitlist is your consent to being automatically promoted to the event.
If you can no longer play at that time, please remove your name from the waitlist.
